Abstract submissions extended!

Submission guidelines

Before submitting your abstract, please review the submission terms and conditions.

Abstracts can be submitted for the following presentation types:

Oral presentations


Each accepted presentation will be offered between 10 and 15 minutes to present, including time for questions. Oral Presentations should include information on the literature, your research and a summary of your findings with relation to the literature.


Poster presentations


A formal graphic presentation of a topic, to be displayed. Presenters to be at their posters to discuss their work and receive feedback. Posters must be no larger than A0 size (84.1cm wide × 118.9cm high) and portrait orientation, containing a Title, Presenter's Name, Collaborators; and Supervisors' Names, Introduction Section, Results Section, Conclusion Section and Acknowledgements.

Abstract submission terms and conditions

The submission of an abstract indicates the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the online submission portal and according to the guidelines provided.

  • Abstract submissions have been extended to 14th October 2022.

  • All abstracts submitted must be original work.

  • All author(s) approve submitting this work for presentation.

  • The author(s) are responsible for the accuracy of the abstract.

  • If the abstract is accepted for presentation, the author(s) transfer(s) all copyright ownership of the named abstract to the organizers and provides permission to publish the abstract in the conference program, on the conference website and in all other conference materials.

  • At least one author will register and attend the conference to present the abstract if selected for the program. The author will immediately notify the Conference Manager if they are unable to present the abstract or if the presenting author is changed. The organisers reserve the right to remove a presentation from the program.

  • The acceptance of an abstract for the Conference does not imply the provision of travel, accommodation or registration for the Conference, nor any other costs associated with preparation or presentation of the abstract. All authors presenting at the Conference must register to attend. Further details regarding registration will be included in your acceptance correspondence.

  • The author(s) agree(s) to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract if your abstract is accepted for presentation.

  • The presenting author gives the organizers permission to film or photograph the presentation at the Conference.
